Payment

An invoice for payment will be sent on completion of work carried out unless other arrangements are agreed on prior to the completion of work. All invoices will be itemized.

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. If payment is not received within 30 days of invoice date, a penalty of 15% of the total amount due will be added to the invoice. Payment by bank transfer is preferred, or by check made payable to "Nomad Media Solutions, Ltd."

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations to bookings must be made no later than 72 hours before the scheduled departure of the instructor or start of work, whichever is earlier. If a booking is cancelled within the 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure of the instructor or start of work, Nomad Media Solutions, Ltd. reserves the right to charge the full fee for the days booked.

Postponement Policy

A postponement fee of 50% of the total agreed payment will be charged if the scheduled start of work is postponed within 72 hours of the scheduled departure of the instructor or start of work, whichever is earlier.

Pay On Time Legislation

We abide by the late payment legislation when paying our suppliers and we assume our clients will do the same. For more information on the legislation please see www.payontime.co.uk.
